
MANILAcrazywin, Philippines — An orange rainfall warning was raised in Camarines Norte on the afternoon of Christmas Day, while a yellow warning was raised over other parts of Luzon, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

In a 2:15 p.m. advisory, the Office of the Civil Defense warned residents of Camarines Norte to beware of heavy rains with chances of flooding and landslides.
